The Psych Test I used to work in a large software firm TCS back in India during Sep 2004 - Aug 2005. It was there, where I had some exposure to working in decently sized teams. During our training, we were being fed quite a few interesting perspectives from a larger business angle and one of the things that I liked the most was my psychological profile using Belbin's team role questionnaire.
